GRADUATION 2010 |
BARJ 2010-2011 The Bergen Academy of Reform Judaism (BARJ) is undergoing some exciting changes beginning this fall. The program for eighth through twelfth graders went through a visioning process last spring so that it can meet the educational, spiritual, and social interests of our teens. Activities will now not only focus on Jewish texts and traditions, but will also include more classes concentrating on the arts and leadership development training. Also, the rabbis of all three synagogues will be teaching on a regular basis, further connecting the teens to their home synagogues. BARJ meets Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 at Temple Beth Or in Washington Township beginning on October 6, 2010. |
Graduation is May 18,2011 |
