| Please Note: All deposits are non-refundable. Registration fees MUST be paid as follows: EARLY BIRD Deposits of $400 must be postmarked NO LATER than June 15, 2010 in order to receive the Early Bird Tuition rate of $775, with the remaining balance of $375 to be postmarked by August 1, 2010. REGULAR TUITION Deposits postmarked after June 15, 2010 will result in a tuition rate of $825. Balance on all tuition must be postmarked and received by August 1, 2010. UNAFFILIATED FEE: Families who are not affiliated with the four participating temples must pay an additional fee of $200.00. This fee must be postmarked by August 1, 2010. BARJ TUITION LATE FEE RATE: Families who have not submitted their postmarked materials and tuition fees by August 1, 2010 will be charged a tuition fee of $950. SECOND CHILD DISCOUNT If you have more than one child currently attending BARJ, each family may deduct $50 from their tuition fees. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS / SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION BARJ does not wish to turn away any child due to financial difficulties. If special arrangements are necessary, please download our Scholarship Application Form. This form must be completed and submitted to our office prior to June 15, 2010. PAYMENT PLAN APPLICATION The payment for application must be submitted by June 15, 2010. Please note that the EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT does NOT apply to families choosing a payment plan. Your total tuition payment will be the regular tuition of $825. All BARJ classes will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis provided the following criteria has been met: 1. No student will be permitted to attend BARJ for the current year if the previous year’s tuition and fees have not been paid in full. 2. Students will be permitted to indicate their class preferences when their tuition has been paid in full. 3. Confirmation and Graduation families who have not fulfilled their financial obligations will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation or Confirmation Recognition Service. Students who are attending their FIRST YEAR at BARJ are entitled to a refund of tuition, less the deposit ($400) provided the BARJ office is notified, in writing, prior to the fourth week of class. Please Note: For all returning students there will be no tuition and/or deposit refunds. WASHINGTON, DC L’TAKEN SEMINAR There will be an additional fee to be announced for the tenth-twelve grade students participating in the L’Taken Seminar.
